Right now, owner and GM Natalie is relishing the Anew from Columbia Valley, Washington. It’s a Syrah-Sangiovese blend. There’s peach and strawberry on the nose with bright, refreshing watermelon flavors and a mouthwatering, juicy finish.
Assistant GM, Tess can’t seem to resist the JCB No. 5. It’s a Cinsault-Grenache-Syrah blend from Provence, France. There’s lots of lovely floral notes on the nose, and tons of melon and red berry on the palate with a bright finish.
Chef Jack loves the Unparalleled Cuvée, a Grenache from Provence, France. With tangerine and grapefruit flavors, this wine is one of the most refreshing rosés on the list. But it’s the minerality and dry finish that Chef loves the most.
Special Events Coordinator, Shelby, is loving the Marchesini Chiaretto from Veneto, Italy. It’s a Corvina-Rondinella-Molinara Blend with Peach Blossom on the nose. Lots of strawberry and melon make it the fruitiest wine by far with a deep rich color and a nice, dry finish.
